While in Amsterdam for GDevCon, I was able to catch up with Shane O'Neil, who is hands down one of my favorite people on the planet.

We had a short window to sit down at chat at lunchtime before his plane was scheduled to whisk him away, but we had a heavy-hitting conversation. Heavily centered around the importance that community plays in our industry, and different thoughts and observations about how the community has changed over time.

I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I did, and I'd love to hear your feedback on how we can continue to build and improve our community!
